Check that the GPS and Bluetooth of the Smartphone are always active.
Make sure the smartwatch and smartphone are not too far apart. The connection must take place within 10 meters.
Check if the Smartphone is in airplane mode. In airplane mode, the smartwatch cannot be connected.
Make sure the smartwatch is not linked to another account or Smartphone.
Make sure your Smartphone OS is Android 5.0 or later, iOS 9.0 or later.
Make sure a previous connection is not already active in the Bluetooth section; in case of dissociation, reconnect exclusively through the app.
Check that you have enabled notification permissions via the OPS SMARTWATCH application and check the following steps according to the brand of Smartphone:

- Confirm to pairing and notification requests.

As default setting, Samsung will prevent apps from running in background. You exclude apps from battery optimizations to run app in background. The app background prevent is a standard Android setting.
Then check that permissions are enabled in the settings, according to the below screens:

Xiaomi devices with MIUI 12 +
Go to settings > apps > app management > OPS SMARTWATCH > Energy saving, then click on "No restrictions", in order to allow the app to work even when it is closed.
Same procedure also for app permissions.

Oppo devices (ColorOS 10+)
Before doing this, make sure Energy Saving mode is OFF.
Settings > Battery > App battery management > OPS SMARTWATCH and set to "do not limit background activities".
