FAQ SMARTWATCH

Can I answer calls from the smartwatch or i can view only call notifications?
With the Opsobjects Active model there is only call notification, you can’t manage call function ( you can only reject incoming calls). With the Opsobjects Call model you can answer the incoming calls, make calls and ask for help from your smartphone's voice assistant directly through the smartwatch.
Can I reply to messages from the smartwatch or I can read only notification?
The smartwatch notifies you messages and incoming notification. You cannot reply to messages directly from the smartwatch.
Can I reply to Whatsapp messages from the smartwatch I can read only notification?
The smartwatch notifies you messages and incoming notification. You cannot reply to messages directly from the smartwatch.
Does Smartwatch work with all Smartphones?
Yes, OPS smartwatches are compatible with all Android 5.0 or higher and iOS 9.0 or higher smartphones.
Should I download an app to use the smartwatch?
The app to download is OPS SMARTWATCH and it can be download through the QR code on the backside of the box , on QR code card or into User manual . present both on the back and inside the box and in the user manual.
How do I activate notifications?
Through the app, you can connect device to the phone and activate its functions, such as receiving notifications.
How long does the battery last and what features does it have?
battery life changes according to use,  it depends on the active functions on the smartwatch and if these functions are in occasional mode or constant mode. Battery characteristics change according to the model: CALL            230 mAh, Li-polymer ACTIVE       200 mAh, Li-polymer
Can we use Payment function with smartwatch?
The payment function is not currently available.
How can I charge the smartwatch?
There is a USB cable for recharging inside the package. We recommend connecting the cable directly to the current with the aid of a power supply (not included in the package) for easier recharging.
I don’t get notifications, how can I fix this?
Check that the GPS and Bluetooth of the Smartphone are always active. Make sure the smartwatch and smartphone are not too far apart. The connection must take place within 10 meters. Check if the Smartphone is in airplane mode. In airplane mode, the smartwatch cannot be connected. Make sure the smartwatch is not linked to another account or Smartphone. Make sure your Smartphone OS is Android 5.0 or later, iOS 9.0 or later. Make sure a previous connection is not already active in the Bluetooth section; in case of dissociation, reconnect exclusively through the app.   Check that you have enabled notification permissions via the OPS SMARTWATCH application and check the following steps according to the brand of Smartphone:
  1. IOS
    • Confirm to pairing and notification requests.

SAMSUNG

As default setting, Samsung will prevent apps from running in background. You exclude apps from battery optimizations to run app in background. The app background prevent is a standard Android setting. Then check that permissions are enabled in the settings, according to the below screens: (Please note that photos may vary depending on the Samsung model)

Check in the notification section that all permissions are active. Check that all permissions are active.    

Xiaomi

Xiaomi devices with MIUI 12 + Go to settings > apps > app management > OPS SMARTWATCH > Energy saving, then click on "No restrictions", in order to allow the app to work even when it is closed. Same procedure also for app permissions.    

Oppo

Oppo devices (ColorOS 10+) Before doing this, make sure Energy Saving mode is OFF. Settings > Battery > App battery management > OPS SMARTWATCH and set to "do not limit background activities".    

Oppo

App Permissions: Settings > app management > OPS SMARTWATCH > Permission management. Enable all permissions as shown in the picture; then contacts, messages, Bluetooth, calls, SMS and other permissions.

Automatic launch of apps: App Management > Autostart Apps > OPS SMARTWATCH > Allow Autostart.    

Huawei

Application settings and execute permissions: Phone Settings > Battery > App Launcher, then set your OPS SMARTWATCH to "Manage manually" and make sure everything is turned on. And activate all three choices
The watch does not connect:
Check the following points:
  • Make sure you have downloaded the right app based on your Smartwatch model;
  • Check that your smartphone's GPS and Bluetooth are always active;
  • Make sure your smartwatch and smartphone are not too far apart. The connection must take place within 10 meters;
  • Check if the smartphone is in airplane mode. In airplane mode, the smartwatch cannot be connected;
  • Make sure the smartwatch is not linked to another account or smartphone;
  • Make sure your smartphone OS is Android 5.0 or later, iOS 9.0 or later.
Make sure a previous connection is not already active in the Bluetooth section; in case of dissociation, reconnect exclusively through the app.
The watch does not connect:
If you use the same account (Google or Apple) previously configured on the old Smartphone and proceed by importing the same data after the backup, all the previously installed apps will be found on the new device. Then you will only have to associate the app with the smartwatch.   Otherwise, when you decide avoid to use the same previous account with the applications already installed, you should reinstall the application from the stores (iOS or Android) and proceed with the association of the Smartwatch.
