If you wish to change the purchased product with a different model, please indicate the code number of the new model together with a copy of the receipt of your online order inside the package that you are going to return. Please also include the telephone number where you can be reached during office hours and indicate the address changes to send the shipment to (if there were any).
We will accept the return of any item purchased on our website provided that:
– has not been altered or damaged in any way;
– the online order receipt is included;
– is returned within 15 days of receipt of the order.
