Click on the “Buy” button and add all the Opsobjects products you want to your cart. To complete the order and proceed with payment, click on the “Complete order” button and follow the instructions for the checkout process (entering billing and shipping information). Your order will not be processed until the checkout process is completed, with the entry of the data required for payment and after the order confirmation page appears.
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation message to the email address you entered at the time of purchase. The message will contain a link that will take you directly to the order status.

After selecting the item or items you wish to purchase, you can view your cart by clicking either on the cart icon at the top right or on the “View Cart” button that appears on the product sheet of the chosen product. When you click on the relevant button, a side window will open on the right with all the information relating to the order: product image, collection name and quantity. Furthermore, the entire cart will always be visible before checkout, on the order summary page accessed by clicking on “Buy”, and during the phase of entering the billing and shipping data.

Yes, log in to your Opsobjects account, go to the “Your Orders” section, select the order you want to cancel and click on “Cancel Order”. If you are not registered on the site and you placed the order as a “guest”, you can recover the order placed and cancel it by clicking on the “Order Status” link in the order confirmation email. We also remind you that you can cancel the order, once placed, unless the order has already been forwarded. In fact, if you place the order before 1:00 PM on a working day, in order to cancel it you will need to contact Customer Service. If, however, you make a purchase after 1:00 PM, you can cancel the order personally from the page relating to your order or by requesting the support of Customer Service anyway.
Contact Customer Service to request the modification of one or more data entered at the time of online purchase (eg name, surname, shipping or billing address, etc.).
To release a package that is in storage at the arrival branch of the relevant carrier (eg after several delivery attempts), contact Customer Service indicating the order number and the name used to place the order.
Each Opsobjects product has a special personalized packaging with the Opsobjects logo. If it is a gift, when ordering, you can request in the “Notes” field the insertion of a card with a personalized message.
The payment methods we accept for online purchases are Paypal and Stripe. The latter can only be associated with credit cards.
Yes, you can request the opening of a return procedure to return the product or replace it with another item of the same or different value if the product purchased on the online store does not meet your expectations or in the event of defects found within 15 days of delivery of the product itself (for example, a non-working watch or missing crystals/stones). Request the return code from Customer Service and fill out the return form available in the dedicated section. Depending on the case, the return will be at your expense or at our expense. Online purchases are shipped and delivered in approximately 2-5 working days from when the order is placed throughout the country, from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 18:00. Times may vary for abroad. All orders received are processed and shipped as soon as possible, following authorization of payment of the card used and obviously following verification of stock availability for the product or products chosen.
The courier with which we ship our products throughout the national territory is GLS. For purchases to and from abroad the reference courier is DHL.

Dal momento dell’acquisto del prodotto, la garanzia ha validità per due anni e, nel caso dell’orologio, copre tutti i danni relativi alle parti meccaniche come il movimento e la batteria, rendendo gratuita l’eventuale assistenza. Se il problema è di movimento o è richiesta semplicemente la sostituzione della batteria, è necessario inviare l’orologio in assistenza al nostro centro riparazioni al seguente indirizzo:
